Are you looking for a clinic to fulfill your clinical fellowship year? We have openings! All CFs are assigned a supervisor who offers support and guidance throughout the clinical fellowship year.
We have contracts with several public school districts in the upstate as well as therapists in private schools, preschools, homes, and clinic settings.

Knowledgeable and Supportive Office Staff
Our office staff consists of six incredible women who know all of the ins and outs of BabyNet, SC Medicaid, TEFRA, and much more! If you have a question, they can answer it! All therapists receive one-on-one training in ClinicSource® – our EMR software.
Full and Part-Time Positions Available
We understand that family time is important, so we let our therapists choose the hours that work for their personal schedule, whether that’s 15 or 40 hours a week. Our therapists also choose the service area that is the most convenient for their daily lives.
Testing Materials and Therapy Tools On-Site
We provide all evaluation tests and materials, and we also have a closet FULL of themed toys, activities, and books that our therapists can check out and take with them to various locations.
Variety of Settings to Choose From
Fundamental Communications currently has contracts with several public schools in the area as well as private and charter schools, so we are able to place therapists in some of the largest school districts in SC. We have positive relationships with MANY local preschools and day care centers, and we have a private clinic off of Woodruff Road with four themed therapy rooms. As we strive to see children in their most comfortable settings, we also offer therapy in client homes when available.

Fundamental Communications is located in beautiful Greenville, South Carolina, one of the country’s fastest growing cities. Greenville is a town for lovers of the outdoors – whether you’re hiking one of the area’s mountain trails, biking along the 22-mile Swamp Rabbit Trail, visiting Paris Mountain State Park or any one of the multiple nearby state parks, walking your dog through our award-winning downtown to Falls Park on the Reedy, or boating on nearby Lake Jocassee, you will always have something to do in the area.
Greenville is also home to several performing arts venues, including the Bon Secours Wellness Arena, the South Carolina Children’s Theatre, and the Peace Center – home to the Carolina Ballet, Greenville Chorale, Greenville Symphony Orchestra, and International Ballet.
If you’re a fan of sports, Greenville has you covered with Fluor Field – home to the Red Sox single-A affiliate, the Greenville Drive – the Greenville Swamp Rabbits hockey team, and Greenville Triumph and Greenville Liberty soccer teams. On Saturdays in the fall, you can usually find us at either Clemson University or at the University of South Carolina cheering for rival college football teams. We take our football seriously in the South.
